Flower Deliveries

We accept orders for delivery Tuesday – Saturday. Delivery will be next day. We do not deliver on Sundays or Mondays.

Pre Ordered deliveries: All deliveries will be made between 9am and 5pm.

Unfortunately we aren’t able to guarantee an exact hourly slot but we’ll try and get to you as early as we can.

Flourish Flowers will deliver across the Wirral and to Liverpool City Centre.

Delivery Charges

Delivery to the Oxton area is free, delivery will be calculated on distance from the CH43 area.

Presentation

All our bouquets are made with the best of the day’s seasonal flowers, hand-tied and presented in our unique gift bags/boxes.

Flowers are delivered in water to keep them as fresh as possible. To ensure the longevity of your flowers, please follow the instructions on the card attached.

A handwritten card may also be included.

Because we only use the freshest flowers, appropriate substitutions may be made when flowers shown are out of season or are unavailable.

Order Confirmation

Flourish Flowers will confirm your order by email once it has been placed. The order confirmation will include an order reference number. Please keep this safe in case you need to contact us with a query.

What will happen if the recipient is not home to receive the flowers?
If nobody is at home to receive the flowers, they may be left on the property (for example, in a porch or on a step), or with a neighbour.

If there is a better place to leave the flowers on the property please specify this when prompted to do so in the checkout area of our site. If you do not wish flowers to be left if no one is home, then please write this in the comments box in the checkout area. In this case, the flowers will be taken back and the recipient will be left a card asking them to call to arrange redelivery.

All products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.

If a delivery is delayed by a third party, by fire, flood or mechanical breakdown Flourish Flowers cannot accept liability.

If orders are wrongly delivered because the incorrect information has been supplied, for example, the postcode or house name, then Flourish Flowers cannot accept liability.

Cancellation

For cancellations of fresh flowers, Flourish Flowers requires two working days’ notice before the delivery date.

Amending your order

To amend your order, please contact us 24 hours ahead of the delivery date by email shop@flourishflowers.uk.

Refunds Policy

Flourish Flower bouquets are guaranteed for five days from delivery provided that the care instructions are followed.

Flourish Flowers endeavours to dispatch all flowers in perfect condition. If there is a problem with your flowers, we require notification within 24 hours of receipt to allow us to investigate. A photograph will be required to support any claims.

Flourish Flowers cannot be liable for claims reported after 24 hours of receipt. Email shop@flourishflowers.uk with photographs.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
